The Future of the Workplace survey shows that in and around Exeter:
● 41% of businesses offer travel to work support
● 36% of businesses offer childcare support
● 38% of businesses offer health initiatives
● 5% of businesses offer unlimited holiday and
● 51% of businesses have well-being initiatives …

A staggering 84% of respondents believe that the design of a workplace influences their well-being and productivity - there is massive scope for businesses to change their working environment to enhance employee experience.

What can you do now?
