Relocate two teams from their separate Weston-Super-Mare offices to an open space office at Weston Gateway Business Park.

Due to the lease expiring for one of their offices and space becoming available at the Livewest building in Weston Gateway Business Park it was the perfect opportunity to join the two teams together.

After recently completely the relocation for their Taunton office, Space were called upon to help Albert Goodman again. We worked collaboratively with the partners and staff to ensure we produced a workspace to suit their needs and in a short timescale - 1 month! Which we did! 2 teams were moved across to the new workspace over a weekend and were at their desks working on Monday morning.


  • Co-ordinating the move of two separate offices in one weekend
  • 2 month programme shortened to 1 month
  • Rolling out the flagship design from the Taunton office to Weston-Super-Mare and making it work for a different space


  • Due to the short timescale the schedule of works overlapped but our contractors worked collaboratively together and there was great communication.
  • Knowing the design and the new way of working (activity based working) would work for the Albert Goodman staff.
  • The staff were able to operate straightaway and hold client meetings within the first week.
